BAND

BAND is Gateshead & Whickham's Swim Team coaching communication system.

Once swimmers reaches a certain level, our coaches like the swimmers to take responsibility for their training sessions and gala preparation. Their coach will use this platform to communicate with the swimmers and vice versa. It allows the swimmers to take ownership of their schedule, whilst also building their confidence and communication skills.

Parents are also able to communicate with their swimmer's coach using the band platform.
